I’ve always loved the holiday season, but this year is going to be more amazing than usual.  My little guy is going to make it a thousand times more enjoyable and I can’t wait for all the things I want to show him.

Christmas has always been a big deal for me, but this year one of the greatest additions will be celebrating Halloween.  I’ve never been a fan of Halloween (other than it marked the last day of the non-Christmas season), but now that I have a son it has taken on a whole new meaning.

So with all of the great Fall Bucket Lists I’ve seen come out, I couldn’t resist putting together my own Holiday Season Bucket List for my littlest love.  Let’s hope we can live up to my plan and pass down our love of the holidays!

My 1 Year Old’s Holiday Season Bucket List:

  1. Our littlest went trick or treating as the Cookie Monster last year, we got some great pics but unfortunately she wasn’t very well and spent most of the time we were out trick or treating with her older siblings asleep in the stroller. This year she’s 2.5 and very excited about going in her new Elsa dress from Frozen!

  2. what a great idea! i might make my kiddies a bucket list for the Summer Holiday season. There is lots of things we do for Christmas as special things maybe i should write them down and document them. good luck with that big list little one!!
thanks for sharing with us for Sunday Brunch xx

  3. You guys seem to celebrate holidays so much bigger and better than we do. Halloween is just catching on over here, but I’ve never had anyone come to my door in the last 10 years (which is good cos I always forget to have lollies anyway). This year there are so many Halloween decorations out everywhere though compared to past years so this may be the first time I get someone at the door.

    • Wow! I never really thought about that! Honestly, I never really liked Halloween that much until I had my son. Now it’s just so exciting to think about all the fun he will have 🙂 The holidays are such a special and fun time for my family, so I LOVE to go all out 🙂 I’ll keep my fingers crossed that you get your first Trick-or-Treater! That will be so exciting!
